DPS offer a comprehensive letting service which includes letting, rent collection, and full management as well as calculation and submission of your rax return on your behalf for your property rental income.
Our fees are open and transparent, we charge the landlord 10% of the monthly rent that's collected and we do not charge the tenants any fees.
A landlords annual property tax return is fixed at £50 per property per annum.
