Fixed Charge Receiver

DPS act as a Fixed Charge Receiver on behalf of secured creditors under its terms of its security on an asset. Assets can include property, machinery, vessels, and aircraft. DPS act as a receiver when the borrower is not complying with the terms of their loan agreement. We deal with receivership enquires on a regular basis and can advise you if you are a lender with an asset in St. Helena or other British Overseas Territories to recover your money, or we can provide advice if you are being threatened by a lender on behalf of a client lender.
