Buying a Property with DPS

DPS can assist you during the buying of a property on St. Helena to help you find, evaluate and negotiate the best purchase price by being your agent as well as act as your conveyancer.  We charge a minimum fee of £750 for this service for properties or land up to £25,000 or 3% of the purchase price whichever is greater. 

As your buying agent we provide objective advice, negotiate terms and price, help manage the buying process by accessing off-market and on market listings which saves you time and money.  As part of this service, we will also act as your conveyancer and Power of Attorney to complete the transfer of the property into your name.  Furthermore, we will discharge any Land Registry Fees on your behalf to eliminate all of the administration to ensure you only need to collect the house key from the DPS office.
